Word of mouth
at dZENcode

We have worked together before.

You already know it: knowing dZENcode is more than a useful contact. It is a guarantee that an IT project will actually get done.

If there is someone around you, or a project we could be useful to — introduce us.

We are worth recommending

You don't need to know everything we are capable of. It is enough to recognise a familiar situation. Below are a few examples, but they all come down to one thing: if dZENcode is on the project, the technical part will be done properly.

  • 0 → 1

Launch an IT product from scratch

Someone has an idea for a new service, a startup, a mobile app, a SaaS platform or an internal business system. There may still be no detailed specification, no finished architecture and no final understanding of the MVP — and that is perfectly normal.

dZENcode can step in as early as the idea stage: help structure the task, design the product, define the optimal MVP scope, choose the architecture and technologies, and then go all the way from prototype to a working solution.

    It often sounds like this:

    • We have a product idea but can't figure out how to build it

    • We need to build an MVP and test the hypothesis

    • We are looking for a technical partner for a startup

  • 911 for IT projects

    Rescue or restart a project

The product is already in development or even live, but deadlines keep slipping, the budget is growing, the number of bugs is increasing, the team is slowing down, or the relationship with the current contractor has reached a dead end.

In such a situation dZENcode can run a technical and managerial review of the project, identify the root causes, assess the code, architecture and processes, draw up a recovery plan and, if needed, take the project over for further development.

    It often sounds like this:

    • We have been in development for a year and there is still no end in sight

    • The previous team abandoned the project

    • The budget keeps growing, the results don't

  • Outstaffing++

    Reinforce an existing IT team

The company already has a product and an in-house IT team, but it needs reinforcement: backend/frontend developers, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, an AI specialist, a technical lead or project management.

Here dZENcode can reinforce the existing team with individual specialists or with an entire working group. The client gets not just extra pairs of hands, but people already embedded in dZENcode's system of development, quality control and management.

    It often sounds like this:

    • We urgently need extra developers

    • Our own team can't keep up with the whole backlog

    • We need expertise the company doesn't have in-house right now

  • AI / Digitalization

    Automate and transform the business

The company is up and running and making money, but technology is starting to limit further growth. Staff transfer data by hand, information is scattered across services, the CRM or ERP no longer matches the processes, integrations are missing and legacy systems are hard to evolve.

    It often sounds like this:

    • We still do a lot of things manually

    • We have several systems that aren't connected to each other

    • We want to adopt AI but don't know where to start

It often sounds like this:

Is the situation completely different?

Just introduce us — working out the task and figuring out exactly how we can help is our job.

The dZENcode system – a Wunderwaffe that delivers

Software development and taking projects all the way to release is not just what dZENcode specialises in — it is the reason the company exists.

dZENcode is a constantly evolving system in which culture, technology and production work as a single mechanism, and people reinforce each other and consistently achieve the goals they are set.

Since the company was founded in 2015, we have invested everything we earn into developing our own production system — our Wunderwaffe. Two baseline targets have already been met. The first — at least 30% savings compared to the market, with no compromise on quality or speed. The second (and the main one) — a product that is guaranteed to work where others get stuck at the stage of “trying”.

With the arrival of AI we gained a new goal — to give clients not a marginal but a multiple advantage across the entire IT development cycle. We combine the deep experience of our specialists with state-of-the-art practices for applying AI in development, architecture, quality control, management and the automation of routine work.

We do not build projects around individual “stars” and we do not put teams together at random. For every task the system brings together the right people, competencies and technologies. One sees the product, another the architecture, a third the risks, a fourth the implementation. Together they create a result none of them would have achieved alone.

Knowledge and successful solutions do not stay in the heads of individual specialists. They are transferred into the system and become the shared foundation of dZENcode. That is why every new project receives not only a balanced, complementary team, but also all the experience the company has accumulated: tools, groundwork, infrastructure and proven ways of solving problems.

But technology and digital infrastructure are only half of our Wunderwaffe. The other half is culture. We bring together people who are genuinely driven by hard problems and for whom development is a way of fulfilling themselves professionally, not just a job or a way of following the latest trend. We have built an environment where everyone can make the most of their expertise, quickly bring colleagues in and strengthen the shared result.

Our system grew out of an ambitious idea — to build “a machine that manufactures working IT products” — and out of years of real practice with thousands of specialists around the world, where every recurring failure, lost context, redundant operation or poor decision became a reason to refine the process, create a new tool and make dZENcode stronger.

That is why speed, economics, scalability and predictability are direct consequences of our system, not the advertising slogans of companies whose philosophy is to make money on the process rather than on the finished product.

The wins and achievements of our clients are how our Wunderwaffe shows itself in the result.

Our projects win and reach the finals of international competitions

We support projects all the way – from the idea to the result and further growth.

By recommending dZENcode, you are recommending a reliable path to winning.

Killer Feature
– competition, not just talk

We are so confident in our system that we are ready to risk our own money.

Compare dZENcode with your current team or any other one on speed, quality, cost and predictability and see for yourself that we beat any competitor by at least 30%.

Ready to work with the best?

If we lose, we don't invoice you for our work.

If we win (deliver the better result), the client pays for the test iteration and hands us the project and the contract.

How the reward is calculated

The more we work, the more everyone gains. As long as you stay in the process, you keep earning. You get not only reputation, but also a cash reward equal to the hours worked.

  • $1/hour

    $18–24/hour

  • $2/hour

    $25–34/hour

  • $3/hour

    $35–49/hour

  • Negotiable with the partner

    $50+/hour

From $1 for every paid hour

120 paid hours at a rate of $25/hour = $240 payable to you

Your reward is not a markup charged to the client

dZENcode takes it out of its own share and pays you for a valuable introduction.

How the introduction works

You don't need to sell dZENcode, run a technical audit or prepare the project for handover. It is enough to introduce us and give a bit of context — we take care of everything from there.

  • You introduce us to someone who has real work to do

You start a shared chat or, with the person's consent, pass us their contact. Two or three sentences are enough for us: who they are, what the task is and why you decided to introduce us.

  • We look into it and propose a solution

We determine whether we can help and propose a suitable format: launching a product, recovering a project, reinforcing the team or automation.

If we don't see how we can help, we will say so honestly.

  • We agree on the terms and start

We discuss the terms directly with the client, sign the contract and start the work. Once the work has started, the recommendation counts as successful.

Your job is the introduction. We take care of the rest.

You won't have to become our salesperson, account manager or middleman. You can step out of the conversation right after the introduction, stay in the loop, or run the project on the client's side — choose whichever format suits you.
