Tasks
Development of a bilingual staff assessment service using the 360 degree method, which consists of identifying the degree of employee's compliance with the position by interviewing the employee’s business environment.
Technical requirements for the project:
-Creation of an interface that contributes to a quick understanding of the task and easy passing the survey;
-Programming of a seven-stage survey system based on the ranking of competencies with the ability to leave comments;
-Constructor of competency templates that allows you to create polls without duplication in different categories.
Survey stages
At each of the seven stages, the interviewed employee uses the assessment scale proposed to him, leaves recommendations on the development of a colleague-employee. The survey is anonymous.
Report
After the survey is completed, individual or group reports are generated with the ability to present the results in Word or PDF formats.
Adaptive version
The development of this service is made taking into account adaptive for any device.
