Development of a bilingual staff assessment service using the 360 degree method, which consists of identifying the degree of employee's compliance with the position by interviewing the employee’s business environment.
At each of the seven stages, the interviewed employee uses the assessment scale proposed to him, leaves recommendations on the development of a colleague-employee. The survey is anonymous.
After the survey is completed, individual or group reports are generated with the ability to present the results in Word or PDF formats.
